Here it is. I finally got permission to post it.It took a few hours to edit and even more to gather the footage, but only seconds to decide what music to use. I think it came out pretty well. Even if the music isn’t your thing (Metallica – One) you may still appreciate it in the context.

This is Olivia Munn, host of G4′s Attack of the Show, which used to be The Screensavers on Tech TV…OK, long story.. But anyway, she did a great bit at a Star Wars convention as shown on the vid. I have to say…I always thought Carrie Fisher was pretty dang hot in the Jabba slave outfit in ROTJ…this girl is definitely giving her a run for her money. Yowza!

On the Today Show. Crazy thing is that she looks way hotter on the Today show as a “normal” person than she did in the pageant, which is probably why I don’t care for pageants. Anyway, here’s the video, even though I think Matt Lauer is a complete douchebag.

This is too cute. Had to share. During our ultrasound this morning, and after finding out we are having a girl, she started spazzing a little and the technician said that the baby had the hiccups and recorded some of it to video. Awwwww!

At church today, the topic was “Enduring to the End”, a phrase and topic I have heard about many times in my life as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Today’s talks though, seemed to finally get through to me.
Enduring is not suffering. Enduring is doing your best with what you have in life and being able to say that you did your best. It also means that you believe that the Lord will take up the slack, the things you can’t do, even after you gave it your best shot. We endure the good times and the bad times, so “enduring” is not suffering. It is “experiencing and making the most of” the things we are presented with in life.
I love it when I have these little “a-ha” experiences, whether it’s at church or school or home or anywhere. It’s definitely worth blogging about!
