Today Trish told me a story of what happened this afternoon while I was at work.
Some dude was out walking his dog and his dog took a crap on our lawn. The dude and the dog just kept on walking/jogging afterwards. Our kids saw this and alerted their mom to this fact and when she heard this, she gathered the kids, jumped in the van and raced after the dude and his “picked-the-wrong-lawn” dog.
“Um, excuse me sir, your dog just pooped on our lawn. Yeah.”
“Oh, uh I was busy jogging and he was running all over the place and I didn’t realize…(blah bah blah). I can go back and pick it up if you’d like.”
“Um, yeah, that would be terrific. We have kids, so…yeah. Thanks.” and she drove back home and the family watched the careless dog-walker scrape up his dog’s feces from our lawn.
I love my wife! Go honey!
